We moved our office from the 6th floor of the AIM Exchange building to the 4th floor of the AIM Exchange building.

Same location, different office.

We are now neighbors with the Omaha Symphony offices!

This also means our phone line hasn’t been moved downstairs yet, so if you’ve left a voicemail in the last 2 weeks, we haven’t heard it. Sorry! It was kind of a quick turn around. We are working to get our services transferred. Another post will follow when our phone is back up and working.

In the mean time, if you need to get a hold of us, please email production@oayo.org for any rehearsal, concert, or general questions. And please email operations@oayo.org for any tuition, administration, scholarship, business questions.

Thank you for your understanding and patience while we transition through many new phases at OAYO.

We are working to give you the best experience we can. Thanks for bearing with us.

In order to proceed with OAYO, we need to know that you have read your acceptance email, you understand which group you have been placed in, and you are committed to rehearsing and performing the entire year with your ensemble.

We understand that kids love to participate in various types of activities, and we completely support their enthusiasm.  But we need them to understand that accepting placement is a commitment.  We understand that things come up and we plan for that with our policies.  We also want you to be aware of them!

We also understand that things can come up, minds can be changed. If you do not wish to continue with us, we do need to know that with a response to the placement form as well.

Please review the handbook, attendance policy, etc. on our Current Musicians page.  We hope you find this helpful.

If you have any further questions, please let us know by emailing jillian.wees@oayo.org or calling the office at 402-238-2044.
